The aggressive energy attacking at first is supervised, and then is translated in a circle. And then your centre becomes the centre of neutralization.

   The energy "KI" can be directed in any direction. In Aykido the principle of controlled monitoring is used. Freedom is given to the opponent to move where he wants, but his any movement is under the constant control.The attention for one second relaxs.

   All receptions of Aykido are by and large connected to circular trajectories. The movement on a circle allows not only to avoid rigid collision, but also completely to accompany with movement attacking.

   Movement in Aykido are similar to a flow of water: soft, pliable, but simultaneously destroying firm stones. One action as though follow from another.    The technique is fulfilled during trainings. But on it Aykido does not come to an end. Aykido is both philosophy, and psychology, and physics. The good rack and position reflects a due condition of consciousness.

   A key to good technique in holding hands, legs is direct and is steady. If you steady, you can move freely. The physical centre is your stomach, if your consciousness also is there, to you the victory in any your undertaking is guaranteed. The body should be triangular, and consciousness circular. The triangle represents generation of energy, and this most stable physical position. The circle symbolizes cleanliness and perfection, source of infinite technique. The square symbolizes hardness and durability, basis of the used control.
